Snow is frozen precipitation that looks like white ice crystals. It comes down in the form of small snowflakes. The temperature is usually below 32 degrees F or 0 degrees C. Sometimes there is just a dusting, but it can build up to inches or feet. Most people wear hats, coats, scarves, gloves and boots. Be careful because the wind can become powerful and there is usually ice on the roads and sidewalks.
